Product Overview
The Selec MFM383A is a compact 96 × 96 mm (1/4 DIN) multifunction meter for monitoring electrical parameters on LT panels. It measures phase and line voltage, current, frequency, power factor, active, apparent and reactive power, and active energy (kWh) on a backlit three-row LCD. It works on 3-phase 4-wire, 3-phase 3-wire, 2-phase 3-wire and 1-phase 2-wire systems, with direct voltage inputs up to 300 V L-N / 519 V L-L and a 5 A current input from external CTs.
CT and PT primary/secondary ratios are programmable from the front keys, and setup is password-protected. Voltage and current are measured to ±0.5%, power to ±1% and active energy to Class 1. The standard MFM383A runs on a 100–240 V AC auxiliary supply; a 24 V version (MFM383A-24V) and an RS485 Modbus RTU version (MFM383A-C) are also available. It fits a 91.5 × 91.5 mm panel cutout, has an IP65 front and stores data for 10 years.
