The older Siemens operating-instructions variant table identifies a 2.6 A rated input current, 2.2 A rated output current, and 2.2 A output at 480 V under the stated 4 kHz/40 °C conditions. The drive delivers three-phase variable-frequency voltage to the motor; it is not a single-phase-input converter. The motor nameplate current and application derating must be evaluated before selection.

Control Modes and Performance

SINAMICS V20 is a general-purpose speed-control drive with configurable ramping and basic application functions described in Siemens operating instructions. The Siemens product description states 150% overload capability for 60 seconds. Overload is temporary and must not be confused with the continuous 2.20 A output-current rating. Manufacturer operating conditions, load profile and cooling limits govern permissible use. Braking, EMC and Onboard Functions

The UV0 part is described as unfiltered, meaning an integrated EMC filter is not provided.
