Product Overview

The Siemens SINAMICS V90 6SL3210-5FB10-4UA1 is the 0.4 kW, 200 V servo drive from the pulse train input (PTI) version of the SINAMICS V90 family. It runs on a 200–240 V single-phase or three-phase supply, delivers 2.6 A rated and 7.8 A maximum output current, and is built in the compact FSB frame (55 × 170 × 170 mm). Paired with a SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servo motor, it forms a cost-effective servo system for basic motion control tasks.

The PTI version accepts position setpoints as a pulse train from a PLC or motion controller (up to 1 MHz differential or 200 kHz at 24 V), and also offers internal position control, speed control and torque control with USS/Modbus RTU communication over RS485. Commissioning is simplified by one-button tuning and real-time auto-tuning, an integrated operator panel and a mini-USB port, while Safe Torque Off (SIL 2, PL d) and an integrated braking resistor are built in.
