Product Overview
The Autonics PR12-4DN is an M12 cylindrical inductive proximity sensor from the Autonics PR series, designed for non-contact detection of metal targets. As a non-shielded (non-flush) DC 3-wire type, it offers a 4 mm sensing distance (0–2.8 mm setting distance) and an NPN normally open output that switches up to 200 mA, powered from 12–24 VDC (10–30 VDC operating range).
With a response frequency of 500 Hz, a nickel-plated brass housing with PBT sensing face, IP67 protection and built-in surge, reverse-polarity and overcurrent protection, the PR12-4DN is a dependable sensor for position, limit and counting tasks. A red LED shows the output status, and the 2 m pre-wired cable makes it easy to connect to PLC inputs and counters.
